Well a few times ive gotten the error:
"TCP/IP has reached the security limit imposed on the number of concurrent TCP connect attempts."
so i investigated thinking it might be spyware. Turns out more of the random connections are to microsoft. Why the hell would a computer connect so many times to microsoft. I have almost nothing running on my computer.
Using the: "netstat -no" command
I used http://www.arin.net/whois/
And the PID number doesn't seem to exist in Task Manager
