Maybe you should be thinking about what the best place to learn about intercoolers is first. That said, after reading your post I can assume you have no plans for buying a core and welding on your own endtanks. I would say go to either AAP motorsports or 935 motorsports as they should sell either the HKS or GReddy kits, which are the way to go in my opinion. if you dont mind getting some custom piping made and cutting your bumper support, the greddy 3 row for a 95-99 eclipse works great.
