I ran mine mostly like stock except that the return pipe (IC to TB) which went up through the original filter box snorkle cut out. this is probably the easiest way.

What IC are you going to be using?

I used all the parts from another Turbo so all mine, including the TB and 3000 pipe are stock. I also used the stock intercooler, but later changed to a Sparco aftermarket one. The only hard pipes I have are the ones that came with the intercooler and run from the intercooler to the turbo, unless you consider the stock plastic ones hard. (haahahaaa)

For NA-T, you`ll have to run your charge pipe through the snorkle hole where the original air box went, because the NA p/s resovoir wont let you clear the fender hole. It is also a shorter route, i.e. improved throttle response.

Or, you can get a GTE p/s resovoir and go the stock route through the fender.
