I am determined to KEEP my battery in the stock location but I can't see any other way to run intercooler piping, AC IS A MUST* I was thinking of using a smaller battery but I plan to have a double din monitor and 1 12" subwoofer not to mention boost controller, turbo timer gauges, I need to run 3" intercooler pipes if I got a smaller battery enough to fit the piping would the battery be sufficent?
Another idea I had but looks crappy and I'm not sure if it would flow the same is bending the pipe, sort of into an oval shape to fit it between the ac fans and the compressor, I really would hate to do something that would look so dumb, but will it work and function well?
Also I want to run a dual row radiator but are their any smaller than stock, anyway to pull those cooling fans back some. Actually is there anyway I I could make the cooling fans smaller or make a new smaller sheild for it?
Anyone run a different intercooler setup off their FFIM? The problem is the ac cooling fans and the AC compressor are too close together to run a 3" intercooler pipe, if I run it to the right I will hit the belts, further right I will hit the fan, to the left I hit the AC lines.
Just thinking outloud, would love to hear your ideas.
