I have made a tester and I have plugged exhaust and intake of turbo while connected to intercooler circuit. I have found a pin hole in a weld for the elbow on the compressor and a crack in the foot of the Bov. I figured a good cleaning and some job weld will cure that problem but it seems that my Tps is leaking.
What sort of leaking is acceptable ? In a perfect world it would be zero but I'm far from perfect in my build unfortunately.
