ok, years ago I was really digging the MAXX EVO front end with the big driving lights and the big MAXX intercooler. Yea, its an acquired taste. Anyways, I've been outta the game for awhile and I'm no longer privy to the aftermarket when it comes body kits anymore. I know MAXX went under or so it seems. Is this or a replica or something similar available anymore? What front bumpers are?

The reason I ask is because I have a little tax money and I'm looking to put together an intercooler/hardpipe kit. I also took into account that I may need a different front bumper if I was to get a kit like the MAXX kit above. I eventually wanted a body kit of some sorts. The lip look has really taken off the past few years I see and the options are much more than what they used to be. So throw me your suggestions for front bumpers and intercooler/hardpipe combo's. I still think I like the MAXX look to give you and idea of what I'm looking for, but then again, I really dont know whats out there.

Thanks for the website bioskyline, I've been half searching for a new bumper myself due to some damage on mine. Those guys might do the trick :)

Shine auto has a nice Greddy replica bumper, I just picked one up last month from them. Quality is definitely there, and the price was good too. :)

ok, I may have mislead this thread a little. I'm primarily looking for a intercooler/hardpipe combo. I'm willing to get a new front end should I have to in order to fit this intercooler/pipe combo. I will eventually get a whole body kit anyways. I would like to focus on the intercooler set up though. I typically have had a habit of buying the best in anticipation for my build. I don't mind saving and buying the best so I don't have to upgrade in the future. So what I'm looking for is and intercooler/hardpipe kit. The best. Or something very high quality/high performance. If I need to get a new front bumper to utilize this...so be it. So with that in mind, send your suggestions this way!

Sorry, I completely misunderstood what you were getting at. I was eyeballing the ETS setups a while back, they seem nice. Not cheap by any means though. I guess it all depends on what you're looking for, but homework is definitely in order. ;)

leftynridge - thanks but I've seen quite a few comments in regards to people having to relocate coolant overflow tanks, horns, oil coolers, and modifying the hood latch. I was looking or something much more stock-replacement ish if I were to be using the stock front bumper. Unless of course these fitment issues have been addressed by the manufacturer since...but I havent heard of such things. I appreciate the links though.

te72 - thanks anyways. The suggestion was helpful. I have certainly been doing homework...but need more. Any comments on the suprasport.com spearco replica with the LIPP hardpipes? I know its almost twice the price but it seems as though the IC is pretty stout and beefy and the hardpipes are fewer pieces than driftmotion or cxracing.

Any more comments or suggestions are great!

Definitely do your homework on shopping with SS these days (there are plenty of threads to be found on that subject), I personally try to stick to vendors on Supramania here or HPF.
