Probably, but you're going to need an adapter to mount that filter to the stock AFM. In my MAFT Pro writeup I listed the E-Bay description (it says the model and years) for the pipes I ordered. The vacuum port for the power steering is in a MUCH better location. With that one you're going to need a much longer hose for the power steering vacuum hose.

yup, it'll fit after cutting a little bit off..

I personally had the HKS SMP filter/adapter already, and it fit like a glove (filter's really shallow compared to others and everything fit tight, but I didn't have to cut anything). Just used 2 couplers and it came with a vacuum hose I just connected with my stock powersteering hose, and plugged up the 2nd nipple it came with...

not bad for $15, in my opinion...

Sorry, I forgot to look at mine. But mine shouldn't hit the ground since i've got my engine undercover in place. ;)

*edit, what about the K&N kit? Do you mean a full intake set-up replacing the accordion pipe and everything?

Come on guys, common sense is needed here.

If you want to replace the black pipe on your intake system, find one that looks like it fits it! Not rocket science!

And dont jsut cut random lines....

Some of you guys need :1zhelp:

lol. Chris, you probably routed the hose wrong, and didn't put it back in its clamps. Sometimes zip ties work wonders.
As far as cold air kits, I just redid mine. Used some 3" alum. inter cooler piping, some silicone couplers, and cut it to fit how I wanted it(don't butt the tubes right up to each other in the couplers, leave a little space so they don't rub). Drilled a hole, put a grommet in the tube, and put a little vacuum nipple in for the line from the p.s. You could do the same with some misc. 3" exhaust bends. s383 is right, this isn't by any means difficult.

You show me yours, I'll show you mine. :naughty:

It seems that at this moment no one has a pic. Post a picture of yours and the hose that's causing trouble and we'll see if we can't figure out the problem.

Here's 2 pics of how this c.a.i. turned out.

I had a box I made that kept the filter in the engine bay, but I wasn't happy with how it looked or performed. This was easier, for now.

I woulda got some pics of the p.s. hose, but I'm not at the shop, so I can't get under there easily.
