If your SC follows close body lines in the engine bay it should work.
As you can see from the pics there is space the only thing I would worry about it the shock tower. But you can really push the pipe in the connector more if need be.

It looks from the pictures like it would work fairly well. I wasn't sure if anyone around here had an SC with a 1J like me, and had tried it or not. If it will fit, I'll definitely buy one. Also, this is a little off topic, but what kind of performance gains have you guys seen from the dump pipes (Y-pipe) I'd really like to replace those too, but I wasn't sure if it's even worth it. I also have an HKS downpipe, and I'm not sure if the new Dump Pipe will work with that or not. Any general help would be greatly appreciated since you guys seem to be the only ones that have 1J's. Even the Soarer guys don't talk much. :nono:

I dont think many people are running Trev's Y pipe DP combos yet. At least no one has come up with reviews or dynos yet.
Trev runs one though. He said it makes a world of diff.
none of the other DP's will work with his kit. I inquired about that too when I was gonna keep the twins. Then I decided its not worth the headache

I'd really like to know exactly how the car behaves with the Y Pipe on there. I'm pretty interested in that setup, as long as it will work with my HKS. Or at least close enough that I can make it work. We were just going to make my own Dump Pipes for my car, but when I found his I figured I might as well just save myself the time. Plus I wanted to make them in a bigger size and I was worried about cross turbulence between the turbos.
Anyways, like I said, if anyone is running it, and can tell me how the car behaves/spools, that kind of stuff I would appreciate it. I don't really care about numbers persay.

It runs perfect with the setup. In fact, I am going to use my single manifold this winter and go big single, so I will be selling the original YP/DP setup. I am still taking orders for the next batch of Y pipe/DP's. Also have 2 intake kits left of this batch.

Did having the Dump Pipes change the spooling characteristics? Do they induce boost creep at all? And about how much do you think you gain from changing them?
im starting to buy up parts. ill take one, but it may be a week or so befor i can get ya the money. if that is okay. thanks

Well, to be perfectly honest, I have been running with the upgraded Y pipe since I first started the motor. However, I just sold a kit to a guy who will be dyno testing the stock Y pipe and stock DP (no catback, just open DP) and then testing my YP and DP kit for a solid number comparison.
