I'm pretty sure 2JZ-GTE injectors are side feed, the 7M-GTE uses top-feed injectors. 550cc injectors are a common mod, just not MKIV ones, because I don't think they fit.

(Unless only the JDM 2JZ-GTE was side feed and the USDM one is top-feed, but I'm pretty sure they are both side feed.)

Yeah I knew JDM 2JZ's were 440cc's, and that they were side feed, just wasn't 100% sure on the USDM ones, (more like... 95% sure, hehe. :) I'm at work, so I can't look much up here -- I feel helpless ;))

Wrong answer. I have a friend who has a 1993.5 mk4 non turbo automatic. He has a 2j-ge engine, and his car uses top feed 440 cc injectors, that happen to have the same part number as my stock injectors. The afm housing is also the same, although the electronics are not.

i am pretty sure that the fuel system in the non turbo mkiv is very different than the fuel system in the turbo mkiv, UNLIKE our cars where the ge and gte motors have an identical fuel set up with the exception of the injectors and a different stock fuel pressure.

so maybe the non turbo mkiv has top feed injectors, however it is a known fact that the turbo mkiv uses side feed which <insert previously stated answer here>

too lazy? which WONT WORK with our fuel rails.

The 2JZ-GE has a completely different fuel rail than the 2JZ-GTE, they're not the same and have different setups.

The 2JZ-GE does use the same type of AFM as the 7M-GTE though, the Lexus/550 mod is quite popular N/A-T 2JZ guys too. :)

ummm no RIGHT answer...considering we are talking about mkiv TT 550cc injectors... not NA MK4 injectors...

MK4 TT injectors WILL NOT WORK.....PERIOD.
