Installing LexAFC and 550cc Injectors

Basically, you have to remove the throttle body, ISC valve, fuel lines, and fuel rail...the TRSM has more detail...it's not that hard to do if you have average mechanical skills. You should not have to remove the intake manifold ;)

you dont have to remove the throttle body. its WAY easier if you take off the entire intake manifold, but you dont have to.

make sure you replace AT LEAST the injector o rings, and the 12 grommets (2 on each injector) prior to installation. the injector wires are non polarized, meaning it dosnt matter which one of the two goes where.

also, be sure that you installed each injector to the rail carefully, because it is easy to rip the o rings causing a leak.

after you have bolted everything down, CHECK FOR LEAKS! do this WITHOUT the motor running. jumper FP and B+ on the diag block and turn the key on. youll hear the fuel going through the regulator and return line. make sure there are no fuel leaks.
