sounds like you should work on a good tune up then fcd. if you can't beat a honda under fuel cut then your motor has other problems. i would change all the fluids, plugs, plug wires, fuel filter, and any other loose ends. and the most import on turbo cars BOOST LEAKS. my car runs mid 13's with 10psi. no hondas at the drags have a chance other than this turbo honda that blew his motor a month ago.

get naked & boost a supra
installing FCD on stock components = bad idea from what i've been told by members who have been doing this longer than my measly 6 years
you have fuel cut for a reason. you can get past it by upgrading your injectors/afm, but then you will want supporting mods like turbo, i/c, fpr, and fuel pump.
i bet if you did a search for how many people here run a FCD, you will come up empty handed.

ok put it this way.. my friends integra makes 320whp at 12psi.. yes.. he runs circles around me. i know why the fuel cut is there.. it just gets annoying.. i guess i just gotta wait for my 550s

Have you checked for boost leaks

i used 3 washers to shim the wastegate open to now having a 9psi reading.. but when i hit like 11 pounds in third it drops back off to 9 pounds.. so it hink i might have a bov leak or something..

yeah bov leak or ic pipes are leaking....are you stock ic/pipes? if so, check the pipe coming right off the turbo, usually its a hard to see spot and is overlooked. also check the gasket that attaches your upper ic pipe to your intake manifold. they crack underneath every now and then...

check all vaccum lines too. just having one disconnected will cause your boost to drop. your intake manifold/ic pipes have to be sealed for boost to stay constant during wot.

EDIT: you need hose clamps or zipties going from the turbo housing to actuator and on the boost controller if you get one. my mbc would creep up on me in 3rd and 4th until i did that.

It's normal for the boost to fall off on the stock turbo...

Also, the FCD was originally intended to be used with the rest of the HKS piggyback system.
