I want to get a wideband for my birthday which is in 2 days. So now im in a dilema whether i want the AEM UEGO or the LC-1 with the XD-16. I know the AEM UEGO is super easy to install and i dont think there is much calibrating unlike the Innovate. Only thing im worried about is wiring the Innovate. Is it pretty easy? I think it would be pretty damn cool to have my notebook sitting in my car but i dont think its worth it if it's hard to wire. With the LC-1 and XD-16 can you still hook up a notebook? I only really plan on using it for reading AFR.

Im using the LC-1 and XD-16 along with other MTS devices for a complete log chain. Very happy with the Innovate productes. Very easy to wire and install (although the setup for the logging chain was a little hard to understant at first due to so many different option).

To answer your last question, Yes you can have a laptop/notebook hooked up while the XD and LC are hooked together.

LC1/XD16 combo rocks! I can't imagine it being much more difficult to wire up than the AEM. Calibration on the LC1 isn't difficult and the manuals are well written to get you through it. I love the fact that you can recalibrate an LC1 periodically to keep it as accurate as possible. The LogWorks software has a nice GUI design to make it easy when you want to log with your laptop. Good stuff all around in my book.
