Two monthes ago, i totally won the battle of human and supra: 2jz-gte made "knock-knock" sound. So, since this moment...
I dissassemble the engine, found that (don't know right word) the main body in good condition, but, crankshaft and 5-6 rods are need to be replaced.

2 days ago i bought brand-new t04s, wastegate and so-on. The wastegate's spring opens on 1.2 kg. As i supposed it will give about 500 hp, and the stock 430cc injectors will not be enought.
not
So, will it be enought if i buy a 540cc inj-s that was on JZA80 sold USA? Maybe someone have this parts for sale?

They are 550's not 540's. As for your question, If you plan to make 500hp then 550cc injectors are going to be too small if you want to be safe. I would take the next stet up to 680's. That way you have plenty fuel for 500hp and headroom for boost spikes.

i just bought a set of SARD 850cc inj-s.
The only problem still remains: what to buy PowerFC or try Apexi SAFSII? The cheapest PFC i saw for old 2JZ is about $1500.. With this price i'd better find AEM... or... Is there another options for my setup?

do you have a 1JZ VVTI motor? Or the older 1JZ non-VVTI motor? Because the intake manifolds are different. That will not bolt up to a non-VVTI 1JZ motor.

with a t04S that's going to be a lot of overkill. 550cc should be suffecient for a T04S. 680cc might be better. 850cc you may have to turn the idle rpm up to 1000 so it idles smoother.

with 850cc inj you're gonna need more than an safc2 to tune. safc's can tune injectors up to 720cc only. get that power fc if u can.

those won't work on a stock 1JZ-GTE non-VVTI fuel rail application either. Those are TOP FEED injectors. You need SIDE FEED. The only way the will work is if you custom make your own fuel rail.

Or get hold of a 1jzvvti-fuelrail, or an aftermarket, they're scarce but they're there.
