You have to be more detailed on what's wrong with your car. Is it stock and blew a head? If that's the case you don't just throw a metal head gasket on, you must get the block and front timing cover machined to accommodate the thickness of the new hg. If it already has been machined put the studs on and new hg and go about your business. And as for bearings I've yet to do a set on my car but from what I've read Clevites are the way to go. And if your going to have the head off anyway, wouldn't hurt to get the surface machined, hot tanked and install new valve stem seals.
