Im tired..

Im tired of the mkiii... I want to build something else... I have thoughts of building my new supra to a ttr w/ recaro interior 1jz etc.. then selling it off to get a mkiv... but also want to build a honda (lol laugh it up, but have had much fun building my buddys honda).. I always want to do something else and never want to work on my cars... anyone else feel like this.. now I feel like im just working on my cars to clean them up enough so i can sell them and get something else..

haha, i cuss out my Supra all the time! I say i hate it and i never want to see it again, but then about then mins later, i figure out the problem I was having, and I love it again. I had to force myself to do a couple of quick fixes today, but when they were done, it was awesome... I know how you feel, but don't be a quitter!

i am in the same boat. got my Supra from a member on here and drove to NC to pick it up. Half way home the clutch let go, had to get a trailor and then trailor it home. Sat and waited a week for the clutch/FW to arrive, then another week of non-stop problems removing the tranny, installing clutch and then getting the tranny back in the car. i think i have had the car on the road maybe a days worth of time and its sat in my garage on jack stands the rest of the time. if working on cars was easy, then it wouldnt be any fun. stay with the MK3 man.

yep, if it weren't easy, it wouldn't be nearly as rewarding when everything's said and done... I'm just gonna keep telling myself that...

If you dont enjoy wrenching on cars, then the mkIII isn't for you. If you do sell it, I'll bet you end up regretting it, I can tell you that from experience.

I enjoy wrenching on cars.. just kind of done with the mkiii.. I love the looks of it.. and probably will keep my blue car (1j car) as a dd (move closer to stock, put the stock twins/smaller turbo on, stock ecu, etc).. but im I dont want to work on it anymore(modify it) i want a new project.. I keep thinking about other projects I want to do, and keep going back to a mkiv/sc gte 6spd, honda, or maybe an alltrac celica... or something totally crazy 70s celica w/ a 2jz and a 6spd..
