I wonder... Do you think you would gain more power off of this setup by running you IC and hardpipes like you would on a 7M (i.e. over the head and underneath the headlight with an intercooler like a spearco replica)? Hell, the intake mani is setup like the 7M's, but it uses unecessary bends to make it use a traditional IC... Just food for thought ;). You'd probably want to run 2.25" piping BTW because of the engine being significantly smaller.

WTF? Are you positive? Then what is that big metal pipe over the top of the engine connecting both turbos together and then going down to a soft rubber piping heading towards the intercooler?

ok. that pipe is connected to the intercooler which is connected to both turbo's. and then the intake side is connected to the throttle body and then the intercooler..

So what's the problem? You can either keep the stock IC hard pipe coming off the turbos, then do the rest in hardpipes as I was talking about on post 6, or you can make another, larger hardpipe yourself, connecting the two turbos together. It just takes a little brainpower, ingenuity, and some welding skills to do ;).

If you ever want to do hardpipes and a new IC, you can keep the stock turbo hot pipes and do the rest like what I was talking about and not have to do any welding ;).
