i think i know why my mph is a tad low in the 1/8 and the 1/4. i made some logs today on using the maft-pro and my boost is moving up and down on WOT pulls. i have my car setup for 26psi and i will see anywhere from 22-26. the car is not spiking and can't feel it. i had to review my logs to find it.

it's like this... 22,23,23,21,25,24,24,26,22,24, etc.. through the run. i wish my boost would hold rock soild.

is this just the nature of the beast with an internally-gated turbo. do i need to port the wastegate opening? i'm running the joe-p MBC. i have the GM boost solenoid for the pro, but i haven't used it. the solenid is very hard to dial in and that is why i haven't used it.

is there anything that i'm over-looking?

You maybe at the point that your wastegate is fluttering open and closed, causing that oscilation in psi. Porting your waste gate opening eliminates boost creep, not loss of boost. You may need a tighter spring in the actuator.
