I'm a dumbass need a lil more help!

I made a post recently of low compression and smoke and all that bad stuff
well i forgot to warm up the car when i did the test... Has anyone ever done a cold comp test? the numbers for 4 cyls were 120 and the other two were around 40! I'm wondering if the 4 that were 120 were because it was cold at the time!

I would be more worried about the variance than the cold numbers. As in why do 2 have only 40. Are they adjacent?

I pulled out 3 pistons today, the rest will come out tmmrw, the two really low ones had small cracks which is what i suspected from the start!
