Ignition won't let go of my key WTF!

Like the title says. Does anyone have any Idea on how I can get it out?

Did you push the button on the back side of the column? My wife had the same problem with the "new" key i made for her. My key was worn to were it would just come out if you pulled a liitle.

Yes I did.
I've never had this problem before. It's my same old key I've had for the last year.

Is it all the way in the off position?

If the key is only a year old then its possible that the ignition cylinder is worn out.

It won't go all the way over to the left it stops right before the position that will allow it to come out.

Check your shifter. Is it a auto?

No It's standard. I finally got it out. I justed used some muscle. It kept getting stuck in the acc position, And wouldn't go into the lock position. I just kept messing with it till it came out. I wonder whats gonna happen when I go to work tomorrow. I'll take my spare key and see if that helps at all.

Take the presure off the steering wheel.

I did. I pulled out the parking space a couple of times and pulled back in staight but It didn't work. I just hope it dosen't give me problems today.

OK, so like I said in post 8 Gonna use my spare key.... Right. So I open up the drawer to look for my spare and what do I find?

All Supra keys!!! I think I have a problem!!!
