idling problems

I recently rebuilt the my 88 7mgte, I made some minor upgrades to it (lexus MAF, ported & polish the head) Whenever I step on it hard it will start to idle high and I have to keep reving it until it drops to normal.
Any one with any suggestions?

Could be your ISC....I would try and ask the same question on the 7mgte technical discussion because there are alot of guys on there that are more knowledgeable than me.
