idles down then back up

I am having problems with my idle. when i am driving, and push in the clutch say when i am comming to a stop, the car will go to about 300 rpms sit for a second, then go back to normal around 1000 or 1100 rpms.
It started like a month ago. havnt done anything to it really. it only has 83k on it. its a 87 supra turbo 5 speed.

any help would be great.

oh yah, recently i put all new filters it, air, fuel oil and everything.

I have the same problem with mine, Once in the while,i'll start mine,and it will idle around 600 rpm,i'll have to keep my foot in it to raise it up to around 750 rpms. I'll drive to school,about 25 mins @ 75 mph,and when I park it,it's idling fine.Well today,after I got out of class,I started her up,and the idle was just fine. Thought it might be some bad gas.But when I got home,it seemed to be idling around 1000 rpms. WTF?!?!? Mine is a 91 turbo w/ a auto tranny. I know there is no idle adjusting screw,as it is maintained by the computer. But what other sensors could possibly be affecting this? I don't have any custom mods,just a stock motor with a K&N FIPK,3" exhaust,PWR radiator w/ a elc. fan,and I shimmed the wastegate to give me 10 psi.ANY help would be appreciated.(not trying to rip your thread,but it sounds like we have a common prob)

woo hoo same problem! haha...I checked my isc and tps...they're bad but I don't feel like doing anything about it (exremely busy breaking my car)
