Hey guys its been awhile. Couple weeks ago started my car and ran into issues. Here's whats wrong when i start my car and its cold it idles properly then when warm the idle drops to around 500rpm i get a engine cheack light and then my Air fuel ratio drop to dead 10.00 on my guage. My dad who's a mechanic and me started trying to asses this issue but we're all out of idea's i'm down to the ECU personally but i really don't want to think its that. We assumed the Idle control valve was bad and i bought one brand new from Toyota installed it and it has the same issue, this is becoming a headache as i just spent $342.00USD for nothing. Please note that once idle hold the throttle to around 1000rpm the engine cheack light goes of and my air fuel ratio gets back to normal 14.3 to 14.8 and the car is fine but once i let of it drops down to 500rpm and then its just dumping fuel like hell. Has anyone experienced this or have any knowledge on that subject you help would be appreciated. We've also testing for current going to the connect for the Idle Control Valve and it does have current going to it. Please provide information ASAP. This is fouling my plug and right now the car has a miss i really need to get this rectified

So your response to the MIL coming on was to buy a new ISCV? Interesting. I would have never thought of that...

Well listen to this in hooking up an super afc to the car we initially saw that the throttle position percentage was around 82% so we shifted the sensor until it reached a hundred 100% i do not have the super afc on the car anymore so i'm not sure if it's still there i'm not even sure if going by the super afc is accurate. Today i did order a brand new one but i might be receiving this till the coming week. Could a bad TPS give this issue?
My Supra's experiencing the same thing. I had a few leaks to deal with, so I haven't even had a chance to troubleshoot it. I was throwing 2 codes, TPS and ECU Temp sensor.

Hey guys finally got around to checking the codes last night i got code 31 which is Air Flow Sensor Signal. Figure the air flow meter is bad this is the second one in a span of 3 years i'm getting sick of this its time for a MAFT Pro and speed density or full standalone. But in the mean time i'm getting another Air Flow meter from my friends 7MGTE supra to try to see if this really stops all my problems.
