Ok, here's the story. My idle won't hold at all, I start the car, and then the idle will drop almost instantly, it gets down to about 650rpm, and then the car drops off, and shuts off. I recently readjusted the throttle cable so the idle would be set at 1000rpm, didnt solve the problem. I pulled the trouble code, and it was code 11. Which my manual says was either the ECU B+ (power wires going to ECU), the efi main relay, or the ignition switch. Well I can completely eliminate the possiblility that its the ignition switch because that wouldnt cause my problem. So I did a continuity test on my main relay, it was bad so I replaced it. Problem still isn't solved. So I took out my glovebox to get to the ECU, and started checking continuity on the power wires going to the ECU, then I performed a voltage test at both points. I checked both at the ECU, and at the fuse block, all points are good. Now I'm frustrated! Could it be my actual ECU, wouldn't my DTC's tell me that, or would the computer fool it into saying its something else? I'm out of ideas, and my Supra hasn't ran good in a while so I contimplating selling it; which I dont want to do. I have almost $3k in the motor alone with the rebuild that I completed in December, and I love my Supra, someone please help if they have had this problem before. Thanks.

Redacted per Title 18 USC Section 798
Why would adjust the throttle cable to set idle? Not a good thing to do.

Code 11 is a serious problem. Check the ECU ground wiring on the intake manifold. Always reference the proper ground when doing voltage testing on any circuit. Never just clip to a body ground. This is a common mistake most people make. They focus on what could be a bad + when the problem could be a bad ground.

I had the same problem, it turned out the dousche who owned the car before me didn't know how to use a hose clamp on his intake... :)
