What does this white plug go to? It's on the body harness on the driver side. Car was a 90 Turbo converted to manual. Would this go to the ECT computer perhaps?

Just a guess but isn't the cruise control and or anti theft computers by the go fast pedal?
And also it looks like that connector only has half the wires going to it

Ok forsure its the theft deterrent system.

That makes sense. I disabled it a few years ago, which explains the cut wire, but when I was under there yesterday, the antitheft computer did have a plug in it. So that's kinda strange. I looked around and couldn't find anywhere for the plug to fit, so must have removed the module all together. That's why I was think ECT.
