Identify this part please

The rotten rusty frame in the front of car under header panel. I need to find a new one as this looks replaceable and mine is in horrible shape.

Any average cost for them thru a bodyshop? Korean Aftermarket or Used?

In which case, you might be able to get one from the dealer for ~$160. Part number 53903-14080

I found one used a few years back with no rust. They are out there. I don't think I paid more than $25 for it.
