you may be able to get them from Cooleeze - I know they make a full kit, which I believe uses the stock fender hole. At the very least, they may be able to make a custom one for you, and they do very good quality work, with great fitment (I have the test pipe/cat back, upper rad hose,& afm hose replacement. All great quality & fitment).
i have the upper set from them and and the rad hose and accordian also , i bought lower from speed source now im looking to getting the rest...
