I was running about 13psi of boost and when i shifted to third i heard a rush of air noise and then the car died when i stopped. Opened hood to see what was up to dark to see anything so i start car, runs like crap. Idles rough and quite a bit of smoke is coming out the exhaust. When i attempt to accelerate i have no power and you can hear the turbo blowing but no boost is made and bogs max RPM is about 1400. I took a look at the pipes when i got home but didn't see any disconnected or anything. I'll check again tomorrow when there is light. Does this sound like a popped IC pipe or could it be something else? Let me so i can check all possibilities.
Thanks

Do a boost leak test and get back to us. What kind of management are you using? VPC, Stock AFM? Having a big boost leak on a stock system will make your car run like crap.

Yea I'll do one asap just have to go pick up the parts to make one. Good thing though is i have this awesome design for one since i do plumbing for a living with a gauge a extension hose and a bleed valve. Running stock AFM, with aermotive fuel pressure regulator, walbro fuel pump can run a bar and never hit boost cut on fresh ct26.

The one place on my buddies car that always comes loose is the one that is hardest to reach when you stuck on the side of the road. Bottom of the turbo going to the intercooler, every car cruise we go on it pops off. And its a pain to fix.

So check over all over your IC piping, couplers and make sure you get some T-Clamps those help tp tighten everything down.
