what would be the perfect oil to put into my 1jzgte. it has been sittin for a a while maybe a couple months now. what should i put in before i start the motor

+1 GC 0w30 Idk, if its still going on but Autozone just had sale 5qts and a K&N oil filter for $28.

If you can afford RedLine put it. Amsoil signature series 0-30, and of course Supramania's favorite Castrol Syntec 0-30 ( European formula). you want the lowest first number for best flow when cold. ( not just cold outside but when the oil is cold- not at op. temperatures)
