So I have this friend, tilts his head up above mine like hes better sometimes, money and all. He adores his car, Acura TL, whatever. So he always smirks how its newer and when somethings wrong HE money bags takes it to a mechanic, even though he knows how to do his own work, cuz he has no time....


I always proclaim they will FUCK with my car, Im not letting ANYONE touch it, ever, unless Im watching. He disagrees and htinks Im stupid...

Yesterday were driving home he goes, damn, I think the guys at NTB had fun with my car, there wernt this many miles on it when I dropped it off earlier, the AC was OFF and now its on and the radio was on a station I dont have programmed...

I laighed my ass off and said TOLD YOU!... silence...*smirk*

That and fifty cents will buy you a cup of coffee.......................You may think you would go back and raise hell, but I think you would just turn the a/c back off and change the radio station back to where you had it. I'm not being a prick. It's just easier that way. You're not going to get anything in return for your temper tantrum, except maybe escorted off of their premises. Now if they had broke the a/c or stereo, then you would go back and raise hell, but not just for changing the station. They could have accidentally bumped the thing and changed the station...................:dunno:

Sometimes raising hell isn't always the best answer. I think it was confuscious who once said...........You'll catch alot more unicorns with honey than vinegar, or was it........you'll catch alot more sugar with honey, or two's a crowd and three's a passle............hell I don't know it's late here. I just try and make violence or cursing a last resort.....................lol

I wasn't talking about the AC or radio. I don't even listen to the radio. My comment was more on the fact someone took his car out for a little joy ride.
If you're okay with having some high school drop out mechanic taking your car out for a spin without your permission, more power to you I guess.

Yep, all mechanics are uneducated assholes with no regard to a customer's property. We like to drive people's cars to the bar, get trashed, and then go hit some smal animals. Then, we throw the night's peanut shells into your vents, slop mud all over the upholstery, smoke 2 cuban cigars with the windows closed, and throw in some cigarrete burns for kicks.

Believe it or not, sometimes you have to drive a car to diagnose intermittent problems...



(Don't mind me, I'm cranky because I'm uber-sick.)

lol...I'm a little happier since I can finally eat something. Soup came back up...crackers didn't sit right...clear soda hated me..

But...jello and kool aid are always there for me.

I guess it's getting that time of year where a lot of us will be feeling poorly. My wife just got her flu shot. I never take one because, I am a Suprahero. There's no infectious bacteria can penetrate my immune system..................:x:

so they put on a radio station to listen to and some ac so they dont die of heat and they take it for a test drive? common practice for any place that works on cars???

now if there is like 50 something miles on it then yeah lol
