i know this isnt the forum specialty but i need some serious insight please help

I need anyones help on this i have an 89 toyota corolla gts that has a 5000 idle its wierd tho it only happens when when i punch the throttle to the floor and it will come back down slowly with about a week or so of daily normal driving (no speeding) it doesnt over heat or anthing and we even replaced the tps and that didnt do anything iv even taken it to a shop and they couldnt figure it out can anyone shed some light on this please!?!?!:1zhelp:

have you tried disconecting the idle control motor and checking to see if the throttle body is sticking

check and adjust the dashpot on the side of the throttlebody that the cable cam comes to rest on, it is a idle up vacumme controll. id also clean the throttlebody(remove it and thoroughly clean both sides of the butterfly.
