That being said I too have reused a crush washer or two in a pinch. When reusing I heat them up to red hot to soften them back up a bit and then let them cool.
For the price, I wouldn't. However, if I were stuck on the side of the road needing a quick fix to be able to get back to civilization, I would. First chance I got though, I'd be replacing them...
