Hey everybody, i have a question for you all;
Does, or has, anyone noticed a significant emotional effect caused by eating certain foods? not physical, i know all about food allergies and how some people just dont react well to them and get stomach aches....i'm talking mentally.
about half way through today I started feeling really shitty, and i'm not sure why. theres just one thing; my dad doesnt eat papa murphy's pizza because it makes him feel weird, and it puts him in a bad mood.
up until now i've eaten the papa murph. pizza every now and again, not much, but i've never thought it might effect me.
but last night at around 9 i had around 4-5 slices of two different PapaM pizzas, and today i had one reheated slice. and i dont like how i feel right now.
i also stayed up until around 3 (long day) and woke up at 8:30...maybe its that?
it could be something else, but i dont thing things that happened to me today were enough to make me like this. can food do this?
maybe its because i didnt get enough sleep, but i thought i'd see if anyone has found out hard evidence about this kind of thing. research or a doctor or something...about the food.
