You do realize its full size for a reason don't you? If both tires are not the same size on the rear you could damage the LSD (assuming you have a differential with the Limited Slip option). A donut spare may work for the front but it won't work for the rear.

Solution:

1. Get flat tire.
2. Get angry.
3. Get donut out of trunk, put on front of vehicle.
4. Put tire from front of vehicle on rear of vehicle.
5. Put flat in trunk.

Or, keep the full size spare, that's what I'm doing, lol.

LOL, good point Jeff. I didn't even think of the musical tires approach. I just consider it a luxury to finally have a car that has a full size spare. I hate donut spares with a passion.

I guess your idea would work as long as the person understands that your not supposed to put a donut on the back.

Unless you have two donut spares……then you just getting cheap.

the stock seats are really really awesome but since i dont use my car as a DD anymore, i thought why not.

they also give u the full size spare because the stock saw blades are made to push air in to ur braks to cool them down to alow better performance driving longer thats why the tires are also marked with a (L)and(R)
:biglaugh: see u learn somthing every day

The tires are marked with an R and L because they have directional tread. The Sawblades were designed to go on a certain way, but it was also to ensure you don't have a tire on backwards. I don't see how a full sized spare affects that.

it is true you dont want 2 diff size tires in the rear. however, you have to keep in mind our spare is stock height. if you are running diff size rims and tires, say a 275/40/17 you will have the same problem. stock tire height is 24.85 while a 275/40 is 25.66. also keep in mind donut tires are the same height as a full size, just not as wide. that being said, donut or full size you have to pay attention to the height, not the width.
