Can anyone tell me what this damn thing is on this r154!? wtf was this persons problem:3d_frown: so i dont have the shifter because the previous owner had sold it and didnt know what it was because he is a idiot and knows nothing of cars in general (parted car out) ugh so anyhow i prob dont have much room to talk cuz i bought the damn thing but can i get some help to replace the shifter? it has 3 bolts to hold shifter

they are

but to me it look like some sort of custom short shifter thingy, but by looking at it the shifter would be hella too short for my likly in les si had a 8 foot shifter

There not the same. Don't think they will even bolt up and the w58 is shorter to and it will move the hole back farther and prolly wouldn't even allow the shifter to go in right.

The shifters them self are the same.

It's prolly modded for a hurst shifter or something.

so all i need is a retainer? i have 2 w58 sitting here. so i can get a r154 retainer and use the w58 shifter?
nice welds but no shifter haha so i still think its ugly.

Shit sorry my bad the w58 base that bolts to the tranny is different... but the shifters are the same thou as mentioned above.

$310 ill pass. the transmission isnt even worth that. haha i got my trans and lsd diff for $400 then again its missing a shifter and i need a crush bearing on pinion of diff. thanks for the offer tho
