Humming from Tranny?

For a while Ive had this humming sound coming from my car which I figured it was probably just the clutch fan or one of the belts. Recently its been significantly louder and one day I was just letting the car idle and heard it so I snooped around and jacked the car up and noticed it was coming from the front of the tranny (r154) or even from the rear of the block. While driving its louder and doesnt really change in sound no matter what speed im going or if Im just coasting. The humm doesnt go away if I engage or disengage the clutch or put it in neutral and just coast. The car still runs and drives/pulls great, that sound just bugs the crap out of me and now that its louder it might be a sign of something bad to come in the near future. The clutch and throw out and pilot bearings only have around 4k miles on them. I checked thru the inspection plates and didnt see anything out of the ordinary.
Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

When was the last time you checked / changed the transmission fluid?

I havent since I replaced the clutch around 4k miles ago and put new redline mt90 in it. I got no leaks but I will check it anyways tommorow. Thanks

how much fluid did you use, once i overfilled my trans and it made a really high pitched whine, like a dogbox

I put whatever amount reccommended in the manual (3 litres I think) It definitely doesnt sound like posted in the vid. Its way deep like a continuous bass that just gets louder at certain speeds but doesnt really match the rpms.

the vid was just to give an idea,

i did the same, put in the 3.2 thinking it was perfect,

but even when you drain the trans and let it sit for a while, it never fully drains,

try removing the drain plug to make sure you're at the right level
