when you start building power your gonna end up building heat. your gonna wanna end up displacing that heat somewhere. gettin a slightly bigger radiator will help a lil bit. the addition of electric fans could help keep it cooler. adding more cores to the radiator gives it moreroom to disipate the heat.

as far as companys to recomend, im out of ideas there. id look into companys like be cool and other high performance radiators. or, find a local aluminum worker and have him custom fab a new radiator for ya.

just some .02 cents for ya.

I got a koyo for a s14 in my car right now works great got dual flexalites with thermostat switch.Keeps my 7m cool all day.Ps the reason i got a radiator for a s14 is same outlet and inlet and it is 100.00 cheaper, all i had to do was move both bottom brackets 1 inch over to the pass side.

in any vehicle 15+ yrs old, it's a very good idea to address cooling issues. the stock rad is probably half clogged by this time, get a new one. all metal replacements are a whopping $100 shipped online, larger Al replacements can be had for $200+.....
