Thought I had made an intro thread but apparently not. Didn't want to get deleted here...

I came from the S chassis world and am now building a 1jz powered Cressida. I have been stalking the 1jz tech and for sale forums for a while and have found plenty of good bits. Hopefully I can contribute some motor info as the build continues.

Thanks

Cool.

We have an Other Cars (non-supra) forum, why not post up some info about your ride. A 1JZ Cressida would be damned cool. :)

Welcome to SupraMania.com!

As SupraCentral said, create your very own build thread in the "Other cars" section, so we can view the progress on this kickass project! You will be surprised how much information this site holds about the 1jz, and the Cressida.

Need help with anything PM me and I'll do my best to help!

Welcome to the best site on the net. Sounds like a very cool project. I love the cressida and a JZ powered one sounds like a sleeper from hell! +1 to making a build thread and posting up some pics!

What part of the Midwest do you live in? There is a meet coming up on May 10th in Indianapolis, IN and another in Chicago in August

Welcome, Loose Seal. :)

You wouldn't happen to be from Indianapolis would you?

If not, there's a 1JZ Cressida in the makings right now as well here in good ol' Indy. ;)

As others have mentioned, there's a lot of good information here and lots of good people as well. Good luck with the project, and be sure to start a build thread to keep us up to date.

A BPU 1JZ in a Cressida would be the ultimate Street Driven 'Grocery Getter'. :biglaugh:
