It's a bit of a pain in the rump, but not that bad. Throttle linkage must come off, as well as the air intake, in theory you might be able to work around the spark plug wires, but in reality it's going to be easier to pull them off. A couple vacuum lines over the top of the engine if I recall correctly, and then it's just a bunch of screws for each cover and you're done.

When you put them back on, get proper hex head bolts so you can get a real torque reading, use new gaskets and the bolt seals, clean the sealing surface well, then you won't have any leaks.

it's really not too bad. the throttlebody and Y pipe will need to come off, as well as the intake pipe to the TB. i believe thats really it. just start pulling things apart and make mental notes of it as you go. (been awhile since i've had an N/A, so i'm short on memory)

edit: damn you grim! beat me to it, and yeah, the throttle linkage too. i forgot about that because i dont have any! :)

another thing, i use RTV sealer around the entire gasket sealing surface, and have never had a leak while doing it this way. also, if you dont do what i just said, at least do this, otherwise you'll most likely develop another leak-first pic:

and here's the camcover bolt upgrade that GrimJack was talking about:
