When the engine torque increases, the stall speed will change on its own.
I would not suggest trying to modify your stock unit. However buying a higher performance unit I can suggest. It will have a different internal ratio, increasing your output.
yeah its not something you can do yourself. what stall speed you need will depend on your setup and what you want to do with the car. a higher stall speed converter can really change how the car reacts.
I'm afraid I've not enough money to buy a higher performance unit. That is why I'm trying to make it by myself.
By standard it optimized for 2200-2500 RPM. I need to increase torque converter cluth efficiency for 3000. What should I do for it?
There is nothing you can do yourself unless you have a lathe to cut it open and the know how to remove material from the fans, and can weld it back together.
