I can't get the CEL to come on with diagnostics or when the ignition is on. I went through the harness and everything appeard to be in order. Is it common that these ECU's go bad? ANy way to test it?
or even worse if it's like mine, the PO actually pulled the CEL out of the socket and never put it back... i'd say pull the dash out and see if it's there.
