Well, basically I've been reading on here quite a bit, but wanted to see what people say is a good streetable RWHP and what type of supporting mods were used to achieve that power. I still have a lot of work to do to the subframe, rearend, etc before I can upgrade the stock twins, but I know I want to be in the 400-500hp range as long as I can still have a good streetable, reliable driver. To me at this power level a complete standalone isn't really needed and a good piggyback will be sufficient.

Anyways, I just wanted to see what type of set ups are out there for a big single, what type of supporting mods you have, and what type of power you are putting out. On top of that, do you feel your car is still very reliable and good for daily driving if you want? Thanks ahead of time for your input

i had stock 550cc injectors and a single turbo, 3" exhaust,SAFC and wideband. it made almost 500 hp

also had a stage 3 clutch from spec. you can easily get 400hp out of a 2jz with basic add ons.

this time though, i'm going for 600rwhp, so i have bigger injectors and a much bigger turbo!

thats good and all but the dude has a 1jz.

jdm 440s and a small single turbo and something to tune with 400hp is enough on the streets to have fun with.
