Ok, 1st question, why the hell does this stuff stink so bad, I hate the smell of it.
2nd question. I left a bottle of redline 75w90 in the car under the front seat, actually it fell out of the bag and when I carried them in yesterday I failed to notice the missing bottle till today. Anyways, thank god it was in my mkiii, but I had a passenger last night and when they moved their seat forwards it punctured the bottle and the damn stuff has been leaking onto and into the carpet in the hot sun all day now. The whole van stinks of diff lube STRONGLY.
How the hell am I gonna get this crap out the carpet and clean. I suppose now my grocery getter is gonna smell like diff lube till the end of time.
It sucks. This crap is really soaked in too.
Any ideas?
