how to change siquential setup on 2jz twin

hey everyone please help me..i got 2jz twin but i don't like the way they spool..one after one...can some one show me how to make them blow at the same time..siquential twin suck..

The 1jz twins spool at the same time. It isn't Sequential like the 2jz.
