307rwhp and a NOS sticker.

Also, I deleted your other threads in the introduction section. If you have technical questions, ask them in the appropriate forum. Welcome to SM.

Okay. Im in a good mood.

You have a lot to learn.
First, that 307 hp thing was a joke. Hence the NOS sticker.

Second, it depends what said evo has done to it.

Third, it depends on how you drive.

Fourth, you should never ask how much power is needed to beat x (whatever car) because there is no set hp needed from an mkiii in order to beat a certain car.

Last, search and read a lot before you ask any questions.

Edit: I forgot one thing. Welcome to SM.

I think we all agree that some blinker fluid and a muffler bearing will get a mark 3 to beat any Evo. any car for that matter.:evil2::evil2:

Sorry. just trying to fit in. lol:sarcasm:

Evo's are ridiculous for a car with bolt-ons, I was very impressed with a few of my friends; plan at least a stock turbo upgrade with supporting mods (fuel, MHG, ARP's, clutch) and weight reduction won't hurt.

Completely depends on how well the Evo driver can drive.

Also depends on if the driver pulls the standard '0-30mph I win' Evo race :3d_frown:

An Evo IX with the usual bolt-ons and ecu flash with stock turbo should put down around 300 awhp. Their turbo is extremely responsive. They weigh about 300lb less than a MKIII, so i would imagine you would need approximately 330rwhp to keep up. Their awd will actually work against them as speeds increase.

IMHO, youll need all the usual bolt on if youre running stock turbo.

Just buy a EVO and have more mods then him and you win. A supra is like a marriage you have to be committed, and put a lot of time into it. Still there’s no guarantee, in the end it still might leave you on the side of the road wondering WTF.

Look at trap speeds, a simple BPU MKIII will kill one on the highway (as I've had the joy of doing before), but from a dig you're going to play catch up and I hope you have a long road...
