How Much is a 1990 targa Worth?

I am looking at a few MKIII cars and need some help determing market value. For example the 1990 N/A Targa 5 speed KKB exellent value is $3700-4200. I know book value is low but how low?

What about an 89 Turbo Targa 5 speed in excellent shape with only 60k original miles?

Both are in very good shape and need almost nothing.

I wouldn't give much more than $4200 for a low mileage perfect condition N/A. In this maket, that is especially true. Once you start putting miles on it, it becomes less desireable. And, if you really want turbo, or will get tired of hearing the comments of when will you go turbo, it would be a bad investment at $2500.
