how do you set the cps?

Different people do it different ways.
Since I have OCD, I can only do it my way.
Others that are more experienced can do it their way.

Yeah, I agree with tony and Jon. Hell, it's only three little screws holding the cover on.
Of course, I pulled it back out, and looked at where the alignment hole should be in relation to the notch in the cps before inserting it, when the poles line up to the sensor after inserting it. Now I can isert it right everytime, but I had to do it this way first.

I cant get this thing set right to save my life. I think I will try JBLMk3 method. The question is, why is there oil in my cps and will it effect timing?
