Hi everyone. I read a lot about fuel systems and making sure not to go over about 85% injector duty or its possible they would start to go static. I was wondering if there was any combination of A/F and some other readings to calculate injector duty or if its just something most people take a shot in the dark at. Input is appreciated.

I can monitor it on my AEM. With a 60-1CT26 I don't approach 80% duty on stock injectors until ~16psi Your mileage will vary depending on fuel pressure, turbo and IC ( -- or volumetric efficiency in general)
I was doing the same thing when I was buying injectors.
For me I guessed using a conservative number.
