How do i remove this? I want to swap out out the 91 for a 89...because i want to use an 89 combination switch.

these seem to be the biggest obstacles. Is there a big/tool for this or should i just use a hammer and flat head?

Any advice?

hmmmm tamper proof screw. need a special tool, or cut a slot in the screw and try to remove it, or weld a 1.4 extenstion to it and spin it out

but is the whole coluum different from 91 - 89? seems to me like it would be easier to swap the whole thing.

sorry to thread jack, but would there be a marking on that spindle to install a steering wheel? i dont know where my center point is.
and no my wheels are straight, apparently a shop did my alignment and they adjusted the tie rods and the steering wheel was off so they took it off and put it straight, now i want to find the center point. does anyone know?

1. remove bolt on the left side of the column

2. put ign in acc

3. pull out and replace :)
