How do i hardwire 89+ VPC-harness to Fcon harness?

Hi guys,
since there seems to be no 89+ VPC harness left on earth i will have to hardwire it.
But since i am running a fcon and fcd with a fcon-harness i wanted to ask if there will be any differences in the hardwiring?
Can i just hardwire it into the f-con harness?
Well i think i can master the wire stuff but when it comes to the necessary resistor i have to surrender....
can anyone explain me step by step where in the harness to put the resistor and which wires have to be connected with the resistor?

Try this link. http://oldschool.supracentral.com/htm/hardwire.htm This is for the hardwire of the 87-88 i believe but if you sort out the pins and match it to your year it should be a good starting point. Also have you tried www.hksusa.com to see if they have a harness for your year, they might still make it, it's worth a try. Good luck.
