After seeing mkiii's with 19" wheels and tires I think that's the way to go. Looks great! Does anyone know how wide of tire and at what profile (35's, 40's etc) you can go on a mkiii without getting into rubbing the inner fenderwells or other problems? What affect might this have on handling and ride etc?

I've seen 19s, they can be made to fit.

I wouldn't suggest it myself, you need tires that are so low profile it's impossible to get any traction, and on a car with the power potential of the Supra, it's a quick way to regret spending money on wheels.

Here is a pic of 17" on mine. Note that my car is NOT lowered, so it doesn't quite look right - too much wheel gap, however with proper lowering, I am confident that 16-18" looks best on the MkIII. Anything bigger is superfluous and ridiculous.
